Do you refill cartridges?
Yes. we clean, replace a chip if it has one, fill and weigh the cartridge with the appropriate ink for the brand, and then test print it for quality and performance.
Do you take empty cartridges? I have a boxful!
Yes, Bring in your empties to us and we will dispose of them if they no longer can be refilled. Recycling the empty cartridge and refilling it helps to save the environment. Do not throw them away as they will end up in a landfill and take 1,000 years to decompose.

Dear Phyllis and Scott Solmen —

I want to Thank You for your tremendous service this week.

Recently I began using Express Ink and Toner to handle our Ink Refills for our busy Insurance office.

While I was attending a conference my staff let me know that the printer was not working, and they needed help.

I had them contact Scott who listened, recommended a new part, and instructed us on where to purchase.

When I returned on Monday we had replaced the part, but the printer still had Black ink smeared everywhere. I called Scott who said I can have Phyllis watch the store, and I will be by to help within the hour.

What a relief. We simply can’t function without the printer. Scott cleaned, diagnosed, and fixed our problem in a matter of minutes. The Ink supplied by Express Ink and Toner has worked wonderfully, and is less than HALF of the Cost of the HP ink.
